What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Review the response when it arrives before acting on earlier assumptions. Distinguish a published target from a guaranteed response commitment.

Include enough context for the relevant detail to be understood. Crop irrelevant areas without removing information needed for interpretation.

What should I check about requirements or limitations before purchasing?

Check whether examples describe the same circumstances as your planned use. Ask whether a claimed feature depends on an additional selection at checkout.
